Want to get the most out of your RDLs? It’s all about control, balance, and proper form.
✔️ Open your chest and keep your shoulders pulled back
✔️ Maintain a flat back from head to tailbone
✔️ Keep most of your weight in the working leg
✔️ Hinge from the hips with a slight bend in the standing knee
✔️ “Bend and snap”—drive through your glutes and hamstrings to return to standing
