this is one of my favorite combos right here for shoulders. Also, when you’re short on time, you have to start combining some exercises but making sure you’re getting the most out of it and I’ve come to understanding from me. This works a lot. Especially being a dad I gotta make sure I get back to my kid and do everything else that needs to be done.

Super effective way to start building your abs!!

like the same goes abs are made in the kitchen. Yes I do agree but I also agree. You still need to put the work in and start hitting them so they can start forming properly because obviously your diet‘s gonna take you so far and you have to kick it up a notch so follow along this Workout. It’s really fun and simple. Do this 2 to 3 times a week anywhere from 20 to 45 seconds each exercise with a 10 to 152 resting period and I promise you guys you’ll start to see them.

Have you seen this before?

we came across this machine yesterday and it definitely focuses a lot on your chest, but it’s not your average chest machine. This thing reminds me of a mega sword, but it hits so differently. I don’t know what they did to it but the weight does feels 5 times heavier than usual.

Have you guys ever came across this?

I love getting creative. Here are a few lower body exercises. You can do with a single plate and keep in mind. If you don’t have a plate, you can use a single dumbbell kettlebell your dog anything you can get your hands on for weight.

Beginners I would run seconds probably 15 to 20 seconds each
Advance I would go 45 seconds each exercise.

Give this girl your next leg day you guys as a burner warm up even I work out and let me know what you think.
