We’re excited to share that Emily has officially launched her mindfulness life coaching practice, The Unbothered Mind, and is now available for private coaching sessions as part of the Lake Whitney Yoga & Wellness team.
Emily believes healing and growth happen when we slow down enough to truly understand ourselves. Much of our stress and suffering comes from unconscious patterns, emotional reactivity, and disconnection from who we are.
Through mindfulness, practical perspective shifts, and grounded coaching practices, she helps people identify what’s creating tension in their lives and develop healthier ways of responding. Her approach is honest, supportive, and focused on real-life change—not judgment or quick fixes.
The goal is simple: reconnect with yourself, build stronger relationships, and create habits that support the life you want to live.
