Get to know the coaches!

Tim (me) started this party in a basement. What you see here is a childhood dream being played out. Each morning I drive here, I can’t believe I get to turn that key.

Jakub came to us from a background in physical therapy and exercise science. His growth has been extraordinary and what he has done for the athletes in this gym has been amazing to watch.

Jess has over a decade of expertise in the field. She runs the show Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. If you’re on the list for those sessions, buckle up. Good music, great energy, and high quality coaching. We got lucky landing Jess as a coach and thankful everyday she walks into the gym.

Coach Brody is our greeter. He keeps the room smiling, happy, and sometimes offers way too long of rest periods. If anybody embodies lifting people, it’s Brody.

Listen, I’m going to be bias.

Obviously.

That being said, we have the best coaching staff on the South Shore period.

Hands down, bar none, I’m confident this team can help you get to where you need to go.

Saying I’m proud is an understatement.
