Heels On, Lights Low, Let’s Go! 👠

Join Dancer & Choreographer Audrey Smithson for a Choreo Heels Dance Workshop exclusively at Pulse Dance Fitness Studio on Friday, September 18th from 6:00-7:15 PM to “Dear God” by Tate McRae. Bonus - enjoy a glass of complimentary champagne!

✨ Whether you’re a former dancer or always wanted to try, this workshop is for YOU! Here’s your chance to slay in heels, perform, and live out your dancer dreams. Join us for a fun-filled, confidence-boosting class where you’ll learn a sexy choreography routine, practice with counts, and finish with group performances that will have you feeling like a star.

What to expect:
🖤 The chance to express yourself and perform in a supportive group setting
🖤 A mix of slow and fast-paced choreography that will leave you sweaty and empowered

Pro Cheer Pulse Choreo Pom Workshop 📣

Join our very own Rebecca (Perry) Gargano the Team Coach for the Storm Chasers, the official dance team of the Iowa Barnstormers, in learning a choreographed Pom routine to Zara Larsson’s “Midnight Sun” on August 29th from 1:30-3:00pm at Pulse Dance Fitness Studio.

🩷 Tickets are $35. Members receive a discount at checkout!

🖤 Ever imagined what it would be like to dance a pom routine on the sidelines at a professional football game? This is your chance to live out your Dallas Cowboy’s Cheerleader dreams. Workshop will be lead by the Iowa Barnstormers Storm Chasers Team Coach - Rebecca (Perry) Gargano.

🩷 Expect a warm up, learning and breaking down the dance by counts, followed by group performances. The pace of this class will vary, but you are sure to walk out sweaty while harnessing your inner performer. All members and non-members of Pulse Dance Fitness Studio are invited to attend this specialty Pro Cheer Pulse Choreo Pom Workshop. We want everyone to experience being a professional cheerleader...at least for a day!

🖤 Prior dance experience is recommended, but not required. Poms will be provided. Bring clean indoor sneakers.

That’s why we’re excited to share DSM Pop-Up Social Club, a new local venture created by fellow Pulse members. Their mission is simple: create fun, welcoming events that bring people together through shared experiences.

Whether you’ve been wanting to learn Mahjong, enjoy a casual game night, or meet new people around the metro, these events are designed for beginners and experienced players alike.
