Emerge Boxing Welcome to the Emerge Boxing page. We are not a "GYM or CARDIO" boxing facility. We teach real boxing; we just don't force anyone to spar or compete.

Unlike most cardio gyms we focus on technique so you get the best workout possible! We strive to help you reach your goals and are always evolving to make it possible. We believe that anyone can change the way they think, move, and live there life. I see a lot of posts arguing about stances.

“This is the right stance.”
“That stance is wrong.”
“This is the only way to do it.”

The truth is there is no single best stance. There is only the stance that works for the fighter.

One of the biggest problems today is the number of one-dimensional instructors teaching as if their way is the only way. Truthfully, most of my TKD instructors were the same way. I found that out the hard way.

When you truly understand striking, you understand how and when to use different stances, different movement patterns, and different tools. The more you learn, the less attached you become to any one method.

We’re looking for coaches who have real training and teaching experience—not just someone who’s watched a few videos and calls themselves a coach. You must be comfortable working with both adults and kids, and have experience teaching youth classes.
