As Bikram Choudhury says...you're "Never too old, never too sick, never too late to do yoga and start from scratch once again." Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing excercises done in a humid 100+ degree room. Designed to work every single cell in the body. Detox, De-stress, Lose Weight, Feel Amazing. Our facilities include men's and women's change rooms (both equipped with showers and toilets), and of course, the yoga studio itself-a large heated room with mirrors. There is ample parking in our private lot and street parking on both Franklin St. and 3rd Ave.
