Skill of Focus: Balance

** This week is all about creating wobbly challenges for gymnasts. It’s a great way to practice practical balance skills, motor planning and keeps preschool beam FUN! Wobbly week includes a ton of engaging balancing beam station ideas infused with preschool magic. Think about the different surfaces we have on the bus. Squishy mats, soft foam blocks, smooth bars, and hard beams. We hit them all in this lesson plan! Wobbly week is about working balancing skills, but also exploring the textures in the bus.**
