Where Should the Ball Hit Your Arms?
I get this question from players a lot.
When you build your passing platform, the ball should contact your forearms between your wrists and elbows.
One simple adjustment can help: push your thumbs down toward the floor. This opens up your forearms and creates a flatter, softer surface for the ball.
If you’re repeatedly contacting the raised, bony part of your arms, it can hurt.
Remember, it’s called forearm passing for a reason!
