ActiveEDGE offers a full service gym with 24/7 key card access. We have invested in state of the art technology in our cardio equipment that helps you measure and track your progress while providing a virtual entertainment package to keep you motivated. All of our equipment is always clean, serviced and available for your use. Our strength training and mobility equipment is supported by current research to offer the most effective and safest methods to increase strength and mobility. We support a full spectrum of goals: injury rehab, weight loss, maintenance and “life training”, to peak performance athletes. At the heart of our classes and training programs: whole body health, avoiding injuries while developing fitness which allows you to meet your fitness goals and pursue your passions. Included in gym membership is a comprehensive orientation process which includes an individualized and targeted workout routine based on current abilities and fitness. We invite you to join the supportive community: physical therapists, master trainers, dieticians and supportive gym members that are the core of the ActiveEDGE community.

ROC Active is hosting a free fall prevention screening at our West Linn location, with appointment slots beginning at 4:00 PM.

If you’re concerned about balance, strength, mobility, or your risk of falling, this free screening gives you one-on-one time with our team and same-day review of your results with a physical therapist.

Take control of your balance, strength, and independence.

ROC Active is hosting a free fall prevention screening on Tuesday, September 15 at our West Linn location. Participants will move through a series of quick screenings focused on balance, strength, and mobility, followed by one-on-one time with our team to review results the same day.

This event is free and open to current members, patients, and the community. Spots are limited, with only 26 available.

We’re moving!

Starting Monday, August 31, ROC Active in Oregon City will be located inside ROC Orthopedics' Division Street orthopedic clinic.

This move brings physical therapy and orthopedic care together in one location, making it easier for patients to receive coordinated support from diagnosis through recovery. You’ll still see the same dedicated therapy team, now with even closer connection to ROC’s orthopedic providers.

Our West Linn and Tualatin locations remain open.

We’re excited to welcome patients into the new space at ROC! See you there.
