Teton DGC fun fact of the day. There are over 10,000 disc golf courses in the United States and according to U Disc Stats Teton DGC is the 395th most played course in the country. Kind of crazy. Here are a few more stats with the July course review.

Free solo the Tetons continues this week with a Tuesday thru Thursday schedule come on out and play.. due to a phone mishap I missed shout outs to the last two week winners! may 11-12 weekend solo was won by Jesse Morgan with a -4 and May 14-16 Free Solo was won by Trevor Hodsdon also with a -4! Congrats! The trial weekend edition was averaging onlyn4 players so we will keep a mid week Free Solo going through out the summer and fall! Look for it on UDisc.

It’s a little late but congrats go out to Cam Peterson for taking down last weeks Free Solo the Tetons flex league with a -5 that included an awesome ace on hole 8! Today is the last day to play this weeks Free Solo the Tetons flex event so come out and get on the score board.. currently Chad Mills is leading the way with a nice -6 round. Today is also a BIG day in history as Tetons DGC is officially 1 year old!!! Last year on this date baskets went in and the course opened to its first ever round. Weeks and months later signs, benches and mulch happened and course completion was achieved. Tetons DGC has proven its place in SL valley disc golf by bringing in a whole crop of new players to its red course layout and providing a quick after work place to get a round in on the west side. Thank you to the City of West Jordan for believing in and investing in this little park course!

Free solo the Tetons continues this week Wednesday through Friday come out and flex start! Check in on U disc under events .. ACE alert! Last week Bob Bumgarner took the Free Solo Title with with -5 round and an ace was hit by Trevor Hodsdon on hole 7 during one of his rounds! Woot woot!!
