We are taking it to the beach! Going to be down for the weekend or up for a road trip?

Join us for a ruck through Cape Henlopen State Park. The trail is a mix of paved, gravel, and boardwalk. We will cover about 6 miles.

Rucker Intro! Meet Mickey

•Name: Mickey
• Location: West Chester. PA
• What got you into rucking? The fit girlies at the gym kept inspiring me! And my love of hiking made rucking a natural fit.
• What do you enjoy most about rucking? Getting outside, being in the woods, and challenging myself to keep moving, one step at a time.
• Favorite place to ruck: Give me a beach and an ocean view any day! Locally, I love ChesLen Preserve for its rolling hills and off-beat wooded trails.
• Favorite fuel/snack/drink during a ruck: Honey Stinger Energy Waffles. 🤤
• what you listen to on a ruck (podcasts, etc.): Either the Lord of the Rings audiobook or soundtrack. It makes every ruck feel like an epic adventure.
• Fun fact about yourself: I used to be a paleoarchaeologist. Apparently, walking long distances while carrying gear is a hard habit to break.
