Small class. Big learning.
Tonight at MAT Fitness, we kept the numbers small and the focus sharp. Rather than chasing techniques, we spent the evening exploring the principles that make techniques work—base, posture, structure, connection, pressure, and movement.
When you understand the underlying concepts, you’re no longer memorizing moves. You’re learning how to solve problems, adapt to different opponents, and build a game that works under pressure.
Some of the best training happens in a small room with training partners who are willing to ask questions, experiment, and dig deeper into the “why” behind what we do.
Quality reps. Good conversation. Continuous improvement.
