I love cooldowns. I have a philosophy about how I like to approach them and how I want you to FEEL at the end of class; uplifted, hopeful, spiritual, centered, connected.

Note: This one spoke to me amidst COVID & all the protests. There has been a lot of pain, but there is also so much beauty in this world which we have to fight to protect. Each soul, each individual, each heart is stunning. We can only heal together.

What an honor, this year in particular, to have our daughter sing the National Anthem for the 2020 Graduates of . Given the challenging circumstances and the culture of the time, I am so proud that Saleka could lend her voice to honor the students graduating this year. The world needs the passion and clear morality of youth more than ever. Congratulations graduates, wherever you go in life know your voice matters.

Saleka - there is no end to my awe and my pride in all you do and all you have accomplished. You are compassionate and caring but also a warrior who is willing to act for what you believe in. Strong in mind and beautiful in soul. Love you from the ground to the sky! ♥️♥️♥️
