How do you continue working on your goals when you’re feeling so stressed out or negative or you’ve just lost your inspiration/motivation?
This is something my clients have been dealing with recently and so have I.
You’re too tired
Too stressed
Too confused
Deflated
Frustrated
Overwhelmed
Undermotivated
How can you possibly stay on track when you can’t even focus? When you have those days where you literally feel like “what’s the point?”
The answer is simple, yet so hard to see when you’re in that negative low place... first and foremost remind yourself that the circumstances you’re in are not what’s causing your feelings and as a result are out of your control. That’s not what’s happening. It’s always your thoughts about the circumstances that are causing your feelings.

You see, we are empowered at every moment to manage our emotions by managing our thoughts and when we do so we’re able to influence our actions and our results even after we’ve fallen off track.
It’s not too late, it’s the perfect time. Nothing has gone wrong, you don’t have to start all over. Just remember you have a decision to make, stay spinning in negative emotions and struggle to reach your goals, or get in the driver’s seat, tell your brain who’s boss and start seeing results. The choice is yours.
