Yikes! I’m too soft.. on me ... for me! I realized that I have a high expectation of me when it comes to giving other people what they want and need. Often, I go all out for other people, other people’s requests, demands, I work hard to be good at my job, I make things happen nmw, and make sure to that I make people feel important and happy, show them I care, because I do. Ok. But am I leaving nothing for me?
When it comes to working on me, my personal goals, my dreams, my wants, my needs, I tend to put them off or say to myself, ‘yeah I can do that later or after I do this’ (for someone else). And sometimes I do, but most of the times I keep putting myself off. Why? Maybe I have in my head, self care or putting myself first is selfish...No matter the reason, I have realized that I should think more about what I need, what I want, and start to prioritize myself and take better care of me. And I think YOU should do the same!

I thought maybe someone out here needed to feel like they are not alone if you were already thinking about this. Maybe you needed to read this today to realize it as well and start taking better care of yourself. It will benefit the people around you as well. 🖤

We want things, people, situations to happen to us and it is our responsibility to go for it and fight for what we want but also to live a good life as we are now, accept ourselves and others as we and they are now while we work on the future with a sense of assurance and confidence. 💕It can’t be all about the future and definitely you can’t stay in the past, enjoy your present. That is exactly what it is : A PRESENT. You are ALIVE, enjoy!!!🙃

Black Lives Matter!!

It is hard to believe that still today there is so much racism and discrimination. But it is a reality.

Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Would you like your family, friends or even yourself to be treated this way, put down, stripped of your rights, and even killed. My heart and my mind says it is common sense, NO, you would not like this done to you or your loved ones, so why would you do it to someone else?!!
It has to stop!
