Our next monthly meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Smokin' Gun Hunting Lodge & Event Center. We will continue preparations for our upcoming Booster Bash in August.

Tickets are now available for purchase to this year's West Hancock Titan Sports Boosters 4th Annual Booster Bash being held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at the Smokin' Gun Hunting Lodge & Event Center outside of Hamilton. Let us know if you need any tickets. We are selling a maximum of 200 tickets, both individually and for 8 VIP tables (a VIP table seats 8). Cost is $60/person or $100/couple. VIP tables are being sold on a first come, first serve basis so don't miss your opportunity to grab one of those if interested. VIP tables allow you premium seating for the live auction, a charcuterie board with appetizers and snacks, and free beer/wine and select bottled mixed drinks from 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. when the live entertainment starts.

We accept cash, checks (made payable to WHT Sports Boosters), and we now have a Venmo account (-Boosters) or you can use the QR code below. The schedule of events is listed below, complete with a social hour to start, ribeye dinner, silent auction, live auction, and live entertainment to finish the night from Jive Radio.

All funds raised from this even go towards supporting the West Hancock Titan Sports Boosters mission to help fund West Hancock Titan Athletics and to fund our scholarship program.

The 4th Annual West Hancock Titan Sports Boosters Golf Outing on June 14, 2026 was a great success for our organization. We had a total of 29 different teams and 116 golfers take part in this event and had an absolute perfect day weather wise to spend the afternoon golfing. We hope that all of you who participated enjoyed the day having a great time golfing and hope we sent you home with your bellies full.

This was our largest golf outing we have done and was our most successful outing as well. Thanks to all of the sponsors and players who contributed to this event, we can comfortably say that we have raised over $9,200. All of these funds will be used to support our mission to support West Hancock Titan Athletics through donations to the athletic programs and through our scholarship program.

Congratulations to the Powdertown Golf team for winning the scramble with a round of -18.

A special thanks goes out to our WHT Sports Boosters members who were able to help throughout the day with various tasks (placing signs on and off the golf course, serving food, set up, clean up, attending par 5 holes for move ups, registration, etc.). Our small but mighty team pulled this large event off.

Congratulations to West Hancock Lady Titan Softball Freshman 3rd baseman Taylynn Denning for being recognized on the 2025 Muddy River Sports All-Area Softball team!

The Illinois softball season produced win streaks, dominant pitching performances and sluggers who continually crushed the ball. It showcased a depth of talent that will make this area competitive for years to come.

The West Hancock Titan Sports Boosters would like to congratulate Team Powdertown Golf for winning our 4th Annual Golf Outing today with a final team score of -18. This team will soon be immortalized with a name plate on a plaque hanging up at Deer Run Golf Course and will have bragging rights until next year.

It is go time today for our 4th Annual West Hancock Titan Sports Boosters Golf Outing at Deer Run Golf Course. Reminder that registration starts at 12:00 p.m. with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.

A little rain overnight has softened the course a little bit so I know that we will have some pin hunters out this afternoon looking to take advantage. The weather forecast for the day is a mix of sun and clouds, high of 73 with winds coming out of the north, northwest at 10 to 20 mph. Going to be absolutely beautiful conditions today.

We have a packed field with 29 different teams signed up to play. We are going to have to have teams double up on 11 of the 18 holes to start so please be patient with one another on the course. We have plenty of time to golf all afternoon. If you know of a team you may want to pair up with let us know when you register and we can accommodate such requests.

You may purchase drinks from the course both before you begin your rounds and at the turn in the pavilion we will also be offering a limited drink selection of beer and some mixed drinks. Please remember to tip your servers well.

We will be offering mulligans ($5 for 1 team mulligan, $20 for a maximum of 4 team mulligans) and also will be doing par 5 move ups (pay $5/person or $20/team) at holes 6, 7, 13, and 14. This gives you the opportunity to move up to black tees further up the course to tee off from.

Once you complete your round of golf we have a fish fry waiting for you (fried fish - catfish, buffalo, carp), fried potatoes, baked beans, brownies, and tea/lemonade/water to get your bellies full before you head home.

We can't wait to see all of you at the course today having fun! We appreciate your generosity and support for West Hancock Titan Athletics!

We are now at fully capacity for our golf outing scheduled for tomorrow at Deer Run Golf Course. We have a total of 29 teams and 116 golfers that have committed to play tomorrow so we are at max capacity.

This is the first year that we have reached max capacity for this event and have had to turn down teams trying to get in. We apologize to those teams that could not get in. If you didn't get in this year but you want to play next year let us know and we will ensure that you have priority next year getting in this event.

If you are local and have a personal golf cart that you can use we would once again ask you to please bring it and use it as we are going to be maxed out in terms of golf carts.

We can't thank you all enough for making this event such a success and for your support of West Hancock Titan Athletics! Can't wait to see you all tomorrow at the course for a fantastic day of fun!

If you have a team playing in the golf outing at Deer Run Golf Course on Sunday, and you have a golf cart, we would encourage you to bring and use your cart if you can to ensure that we have enough golf carts for all to use. Thank You!
