🚨One full year of Gradum Waltham🚨 🥎⚾️

365 days of hard work, countless swings, and a ton of development!

One year ago Rich and Jon opened the doors of Waltham with one goal, to help hitters reach their full potential.

What we have built over the last year has exceeded all expectations.

To every player that has stepped foot into our facility we thank you for trusting us with your development.

Along the way we helped 2 MLB players, 25+ college athletes, countless high schoolers, and many kids as young as 6!

We are just getting started and year two incoming ➡️➡️🥎⚾️

We started working with Caleb Durbin on May 26th, and what a journey it’s been!

We were in Boston last week, continuing to work on staying inside the baseball, letting it travel, and using his legs efficiently.

Caleb has taken the work we’ve done in the cage and continued training those same feels on deck and during pregame—and the results have transferred: two grand slams and a walk-off in the last few days!

Teach. Train. Transfer.

Great work, Durbin! 💪🔥

Louis Prieto, a longtime Gradum athlete has been absolutely crushing it on the field.

After an outstanding freshman season, Louis was named on the MaxPreps Underclass All-American team batting .440 with 4 home runs. Keep working, Louis!

Denzel Del Valle, Alabama State signee heading into his freshman year, absolutely turned on this baseball and launched a grand slam over the right-center field wall🚀

Caleb got his pitch and didn’t miss it, turning on it for a bomb over the left-field wall at the Marlins/Cardinals Complex at a South Florida summer ball tournament💣

Great pickup by Harold Reynolds and MLB Network on one of the adjustments we made to Caleb Durbin’s swing.

The concept is absolutely correct. Where we differ is in the explanation of why it works and how it’s taught.

Here are a few videos breaking down the lead-hand adjustment, why it works, and how we teach it, train it, and transfer it from the cage to game performance.
