It was nice yesterday when we set up the course. Some pictures of directional markers to look for today.

We will be holding the event today, rain or shine.

If you are running the 8 Miler and decide to switch in the middle of the event, that is fine as long as you inform us when you finish. If you do not inform us, we will have to DQ you.

There is a chance the start/finish line will move under the shelter as well.

After working closely with management at Forest Ridge Park, we’ve been informed that the Ghost Road Trail Run must be postponed due to unsafe trail conditions. There is still significant snow pack on the course, and temperatures are not expected to improve enough before Saturday to make the trails safe.

👉 New Race Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026
👉 You may also choose to run the event virtually at any time.
👉 Packet pickup will be race day only (Feb 22).

We know many of you have been training and planning around this event, and this decision was not made lightly. The winter weather over the past few weeks has been challenging, and while we were hopeful for a turnaround, it simply isn’t possible.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we can’t wait to see you on February 22 for a safe and strong Ghost Road experience.

That’s a wrap on Ghost Road 2025!

We pushed ourselves, hyped each other up, gave back to the community, and had a blast doing it! Shoutout to everyone for the amazing teamwork on parking, our #1 pre-event stress was handled like pros!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers! This year threw us some unexpected challenges, and we are beyond grateful for the last-minute help and support. What an amazing community we have!

We’ll be paying it forward with a sizable donation to our beneficiary—the exact amount will be announced in the coming weeks.

Mark your calendars, lace up those running shoes, and keep the tradition alive! Super Bowl weekend wouldn’t be the same without it on February 7, 2026.
