Let me just start by saying, there was something about today: the grit, the grind, the adjustments, the never done and better than the last mentality, the smiles, the hard work, the growth, the laughs and so many things in between that was held on the field today.

You just can’t match that!

If you ever wondered what my DSA family felt like, this is it. This is something special to be apart of. It’s so much bigger than the game, it’s the relationships I’ve built and currently building with my girls and them with each other.

You just can’t match that.

Let’s go ahead and book your winter workouts with me at your practice location.

 Please tag all teams that could benefit from a winter workout sessions or series with me.

This would include bodyweight conditioning, strength training, speed, and agility, and the core of what we work on outside.

 There is a two session minimum with booking.

As we just closed our summer sessions on Sunday, I just want to give a huge thank you to each and every one of you that worked with me this entire summer from the very week that school got out up until this past Sunday. It has been a hot, but yet busy summer but also looking forward to a slower pace and a break. I will miss all my kiddos that I will not get a chance to see nearly as often.

If you chose me when you could’ve chosen others once again, I want to say thank you.
