We love seeing our members out doing what they love. Here’s Marie with a giant rooster fish that, even with all the Pilates in the world, still required a little help from Richard to hold up. 🎣

“Posture and flexibility are better when I’m consistent with Pilates. I have a lot of pain and begin to stoop over when I’m not. I enjoy my favorite activities like fishing, hunting, golf, and even walking so much more when I’m doing Pilates.”

This is exactly why we do what we do. Stronger bodies for the life you want to live outside the studio. 💪

We loved seeing everyone come together for an evening of learning, honest conversation, and community. There were thoughtful questions, vulnerable conversations, and so much valuable information shared by true experts in the field.

Pilates has a way of sneaking into your everyday life in the best way. Better posture, more strength, improved mobility, less aches and pains… and somehow a workout class starts feeling like part of your routine and community too. 🧡

Who says you can’t do Pilates 4 weeks after a knee replacement?! Susan is absolutely crushing it while keeping the rest of her body strong and moving as her knee heals.

One of the best parts about Pilates is that with a little creativity, there is almost always a way to modify movements, positions, and resistance to meet your body where it’s at. Movement doesn’t have to stop because of an injury or surgery. It just has to adapt. 💪
