We need full and part time servers who have experience in fine dining service and if possible bar tending. We have two gigs. One is with the Driven Shooting team at the lodge and one is with a private chef in home for smaller groups with more personal service. Servers are responsible for setting the tables, helping with dishes, packing and checking items for field service and lunch, covid sensitive and able to follow CDC recommendations. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the esthetics of the service spaces including detailed assessments of guest needs and wants. They will work with the chef team to present the meals in a formal elegant way with easy service that is invisible yet available. Friendly yet not familiar. Service is for groups as small as four and as large as 24.Candiates must have a flexible nature and sense of humor and collaboration.

We need then starting immediately as we have seen a dramatic increase in our business but were concerned to overstaff in case covid created cancelations.
Pay is $15/hour plus a portion of the service fee.

Location is Tetonia.

Hello Friends

This seems to be a time of wonder.

I wonder what will happen tomorrow?

I wonder if someone I know has this crazy virus? Am I next?

I wonder how all of our guests, friends, and loved ones are doing?

I wonder how this will effect our business, the businesses we depend on, the businesses that support us?

Then I am filled with another kind of wonder.

What a wonder it is to be safe and fed and held close by family.

What a wonder it is to have the resources to keep our team working hard towards our dreams.

What a wonder it is to feel the world working to solve a global problem.

We are certainly living in uncertain times. But there are a few things we know today.

We are healthy, holding our family tight. Puzzling, cooking and kitchen dancing.

We are trying to do our part not to spread this disease while celebrating our open spaces and big skies.

But we are also working. Our team is hard a work, preparing for the upcoming season.

Blixt & Co is in a good position, glad that the season is six months away, to give this crisis time to settle down a bit.

We are grateful that we can share the harvest from last season with our community, donating the meat from last year, finding the way to many tables of those in our area.

As we are all finding ourselves staying closer to home, we look forward to welcoming guests who would otherwise be traveling internationally, finding Blixt & Co as a good option this year.

Our game farmers are hatching eggs and raising birds. They are also working with us to be nimble in these times.

Soon we will all be ready to share fresh air, field, and table. To tell the stories of the day and our year. To share burdens, surrenders, triumphs and survival. To share the sporting life.
