Being a coach gets pretty damn personal.
You learn what your clients want and why they want it.
The weight they want to lose. The strength they want back. The confidence they miss. The injuries, setbacks, failed attempts, and all the times they said:
“Monday, I’m getting serious again.”
Then Monday turns into another Monday.
That’s where coaching becomes more than writing workouts.
When someone trusts me with their goals, I’m invested too.
I want to see the weight on the bar go up, the inches around their waist come down, and their confidence come back.
That’s pretty damn personal my friend.
No wonder they call it personal training.
So, I’m opening 3 coaching spots for September.
If you’re local, you’ll train with me once a week. We’ll do the fun heavy lifting together. You walk in, I coach you through the entire session, and you leave drenched in sweat and progress, leaving better than when you came in.
Then we build the rest around your life.
-How many days can you realistically train?
-What equipment do you have?
- What are we trying to accomplish?
I build the program around those answers- not the other way around.
We track your workouts, measurements, and progress. We adjust when life inevitably gets in the way.
And you have access to me when you need help, accountability, or somebody to tell you to quit screwing around and get back to work.
Could you figure it out yourself over the next year?
Absolutely.
But you’ve got things to do and people to see.
Or you can lock in for 90 days and quit the bu****it.
Get stronger. Lose the waist. Build some muscle. And look damn good doing it.
If you’re tired of spinning your wheels, send me “SEPTEMBER.”
We’ll talk about what you want, how I can help, and you can decide from there.
What do you have to lose?
Well… maybe a few inches around the waist. 😉
