Message from Kayla:

What an incredible night! I am still smiling thinking about the season we just wrapped up together. To every single family who trusted me with your kids race after race — thank you. That is not something I take lightly. Keeping our little ones as safe as possible out on that track has always been my number one priority and it truly means the world that you placed that trust in me.

The signed board and the flowers last night caught me completely off guard. I am so incredibly grateful to have been able to watch you all grow this season, push yourselves, and come alive out on that track. It has been one of the greatest joys. You are the reason we do all of this.

Next season cannot come soon enough. I am already thinking about how we can make it even better, even more fun, and even more memorable for every family that comes out to ride with us.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This community is truly one of a kind - the best kind 🫶🏼

🏁 MX BANQUET — What you need to know! 🏁

For everyone who RSVPed, we can't wait to see you this Saturday night! A reminder that the RSVP window has closed - no door ticket sales.

Here's your quick rundown for the evening! 👇

❓ What time does it start?
🕔 5PM — dinner followed by awards & prizes!

❓ Where is it?
📍 Lodge Banquet Room — find us behind the fireplace in the lodge!

❓ What should we wear?
👕 Keep it casual! We'll be hanging out on the back porch too. Bring your lawn chair if you prefer a comfy place to sit. The banquet room overlooks the BMX park if your racer wants to bring a bike.

❓ Sunday Events?
Nothing official - but you can use your FREE ride day voucher to rip it up with MX friends 😎

📸 RevLimit will be there snapping photos -- be sure to let them know if your racer wants some with their trophies and swag!

Check the posted banquet list to see where you landed — eligibility was based on series points & attendance. Point leaders with 7 races completed ranked first, followed by 6-race completions.

BEGINNER CLASSES: You are not eligible for a banquet trophy, but you worked your tails off this season! You are still invited to attend banquet and receive a participation award to show off all of your hard work! You still need to RSVP/pay in order to attend and receive. Note beginner class with the racer name on the RSVP form.

Hello all! I am working on the banquet winners list. It will be posted by lunch tomorrow (May 4th). I appreciate your patience. It has been a long weekend of racing for my family.

Must have completed 7 of the 8 races that were held. The original rule from Ann in the fall was complete 8 of the 9 scheduled races. With the January race being canceled that changed the number to 7 of 8.

Held at Durhamtown Lodge on May 16 at 5pm.
Taco bar dinner followed by awards.

RSVPS will be due to me by May 8th. I know that is a quick turnaround, but I have to have time for the trophies to come in. RSVP instructions posted tomorrow as well with the list!

FRIDAY NIGHT PRACTICE — May 1st, 6:00–8:00 PM
Come out for organized practice! You can register, pay, and pick up your racer band Friday night to skip the Saturday morning line. YOU MUST HAVE A DURHAMTOWN ARM BAND - BUY AT THE LODGE - $15 valid for 6-8pm only.

🏁 RACE DAY INFO:
Registration & Payment: 6:30–8:30am SHARP — DO NOT BE LATE.

⚠️ 👀 PRE-REGISTERED ONLINE? You MUST pay entry fees at the track. CASH ONLY. Not paid = you don't race. No exceptions.

⏰ RACE DAY SCHEDULE (even if it rains):
• Registration/Payment: 6:30–8:30am SHARP. NO LATE ENTRIES.
• Rider Meeting: 9am
• Practice and Racing to follow

🛑 Stop at the Durhamtown table at the parking lot entrance for your event band — $15 cash per person (ages 4+).

🚨 NO joy riding. Idle speed ONLY to the gate and back. Violations = penalty. This applies to racers, siblings, AND parents.
