Catching thoughts with the intention to correct with grace 🫶🏻 no judgement or sarcasm just real honesty because our thoughts lie to us.
These lies stem from our past from our parents and our experiences but they are not their apart of our life to define us. Intentionally catching thoughts brings clarity. Re define as many times as necessary.
