What a joy it was to join the “Women of Higher Heights” Mother’s Day Women’s Ministry Workshop at Rccg Mt Zion once again this year. 💜

For over 10 years, this ministry has welcomed me with so much love and grace, and it’s always an honor to share fitness and fellowship with such amazing women. Watching 60+ women laugh, move, dance, and participate — whether standing or seated — was truly beautiful.

Fitness is for EVERYBODY, even if it looks different for each person - whether it's easy or challenging, standing or sitting. The goal is simply to move, smile, and enjoy the moment together.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to pour into this wonderful group of women. Thank you for the invitation Moyo Akinwande (and the yummy food!) 🫶🏽💕
