Choi Kwang Do Martial Art is not taught as a sport; it is non-competitive and is non-contact (no free sparring or board breaking). Classes offer a complete fitness curriculum in a stress-free, family-friendly environment right here in Peachtree City, GA. Parents, children, and grandparents train at the same time and at the same place, making this a "Family Style" activity! We are committed to providing a "family friendly" environment and supporting all students on the progression toward improving their health and achieving their goals in Choi Kwang Do.
