you strengthen and tone the entire body with a cardio boost. No experience with the equipment? Our talented instructors will guide you every step of the way. What also sets us apart is that we don’t just focus on one type of exercise. Haven Studio uniquely integrates the practices of Pilates, Yoga and Barre. We blend these three highly-effective forms of training because we understand you want options. You want to mix it up. “I’ve been coming to Haven for four years!! I tried something NEW…the reformer…and quickly fell in love with the benefits of Pilates. I feel stronger after every class, especially my core. All of the classes are so fun and one of my favorites is Let’s Jump! This class combines cardio with the jump board and is a great way to support bone density!”
