Pick up your Trenton Summerfest race bib and shirt early!

If you want to make race morning even easier, head over to Syphus Training Turf Brownstown on Friday, June 26 for early packet pickup.

20775 Gibraltar Rd, Brownstown Township, MI 48183

Syphus combines strength, endurance, mobility, balance, core work and injury prevention — making it a great complement to running and overall athletic performance.

Participants picking up race packets are invited to try a complimentary Syphus class during packet pickup hours. Classes will be running at 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM, and all experience levels are welcome. Syphus will also have a special offer available exclusively for race participants.

If you can't make early packet pickup, you can get everything on race morning. Packet pickup runs 6:00 am – 7:45 am (Half marathon packet pickup closes at 6:45 am).

Samantha took on a Syphus board for the first time today and absolutely crushed MFT 💪 One of our toughest tasks that takes a ton of strength and determination to complete.

All the hard work she’s been putting in on the Basic and Strength boards is paying off and it was awesome to see her push herself and succeed today 👏

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 💪🔥

This week we’re spotlighting Matt.

Matt started at the Turf on April 4th and has been putting in the work ever since. One of the things he loves most about Syphus is the mindset behind it:

“It’s you vs. you. You only get the results for the effort you put in.”

His biggest accomplishment so far? Showing up consistently, because sometimes that’s the hardest part. And conquering Reverse Bears without taking breaks.

One of our favorite things about Matt’s journey has been watching him train alongside his son, Legend. There’s something really special about building strength, confidence and consistency together.

Outside of the Turf, you’ll usually find Matt at kids sports or out on the boat all summer ☀️
