Forget about trying to eat 5-6 small meals per day! “That’s OLD SCHOOL!” It’s almost impossible to maintain! Theres too much time and energy, put into meal preparation, and it’s expensive! Instead focus on eating just “2 larger, very nutritious meals per day, that have the right amount of Protein, Fat, and Carbs, to help you reach your specific goal! It’s way easier to maintain, and a lot more cost effective, in time and money! This is of course, unless you are training for a Marathon!
