Functional fitness isn’t about being good at the gym. It’s about being stronger for life.

Squatting. Carrying. Pushing. Pulling. Rotating. Moving side to side. Getting up and down. Reacting quickly and staying balanced. These are the movements life asks of us every single day, and they’re exactly what we train at True Form.

Because strength is great. Cardio is great. But being able to use that strength when it matters is the goal. We want you building a body that can handle the unexpected, keep doing the things you love, and stay capable as you get older.

A huge congratulations to Farheen Hussain on reaching an incredible milestone—400 classes at True Form Gym!

Four hundred classes represent so much more than a number. They represent consistency on the days motivation was nowhere to be found, choosing progress over perfection, and showing up again and again.

Farheen, thank you for being such an important and fabulous 💅 part of our community. You make the classes so much fun, and we’re so proud to celebrate this achievement with you. Here’s to the next 400!

This past weekend, our True Form family traded barbells for bread and came together for our latest alTRUEism event, making lunches to help feed children across Greater Houston.

It’s easy to take a meal for granted, but for far too many kids, it’s not guaranteed. In Texas, 1 in 5 children experiences food insecurity, and organizations like Kids’ Meals deliver more than 13,000 free, healthy meals every weekday to children who might otherwise go without. Kids' Meals Inc 🍎

Fitness is about becoming stronger, but it’s also about using that strength to lift up our community. Every lunch we made was a reminder that small acts of kindness, multiplied by many hands, can make a real difference.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of your weekend serving others. This is what True Form is all about. ⚡️

One of the best parts of True Form is that it’s never just about the workouts. It’s about the people. Over time, members become friends, and friends become family.

Last week we said goodbye to Vanessa and Curtis as they start a new adventure in Ohio. While we’ll miss seeing them in the gym, we’re so grateful they were part of our community.

Wishing you both nothing but success and happiness in this next chapter. Just remember… you’ll always have a home at True Form.

Yesterday we took on The Mo Challenge: Earn Your Cake, and there was no better way to celebrate than alongside our True Form family and our friends from Camp Hope.

We were honored to host PTSD Foundation of America- Camp Hope, followed by some incredible breakfast tacos from Tejas Chocolate+Barbecue

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through the challenge, and made it about more than fitness. This is what True Form is all about!

Coach Mo‘s birthday is coming up… so naturally we’re celebrating the only way we know how—by suffering together.

Join us for The Mo Challenge, a special Birthday Warrior Workout at True Form Gym. Our friends from Camp Hope will be joining us again for this one! We’re SO excited to introduce Kelly Barnes as the newest coach at True Form Gym!

Kelly is a longtime Tomball resident, devoted wife of 24 years, and proud mother of three teenage children. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and brings a special love for teaching cycle classes.

You can catch Kelly coaching on Thursday evenings:
• BOOTCAMP (5P)
• CYCLE + ARMS (6:10P)

When she’s not in the gym, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, testing her knowledge with trivia, and spending time with animals.

Kelly is excited to bring her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to wellness to the True Form family, and we KNOW you’re going to love training with her!
