Last Thursday, Team True Form showed up and showed out at the Tomball Chamber Cup Challenge! A little friendly competition, a whole lot of laughs, and an incredible day spent alongside some amazing people in our community! We may not have taken home the trophy, but we definitely walked away with some great memories!

A HUGE thank you to the Tomball Chamber and everyone who worked behind the scenes to put together such a fun, well-organized event. We know how much work goes into making a day like this happen, and we appreciate every bit of it!

Congratulations to this year’s winners, and a big shoutout to all the teams who came out, competed, and made the day so much fun! And of course, a special thank you to our True Form crew for representing our gym with so much energy and team spirit. We might not have been the champions on paper, but we’d argue we had the best team out there. Already looking forward to next year!

400 CLASSES FOR OUR GIRL BRANDI MAREK!!

If you know Brandi, you know she is pure sunshine. She’s funny, she’s kind, she brings the BEST energy, and there’s a pretty solid chance she’s going to turn a rest break into a dance break.

Brandi is one of those people who just makes class more fun by being there. She shows up, cheers everyone on, laughs A LOT, and brings so much joy to our True Form community. And now she’s officially hit 400 CLASSES!

Brandi, we absolutely LOVE having you as part of this crazy little gym family. Thank you for bringing the joy, the laughs, the dance moves, and YOU to True Form. Here’s to the next 400…and approximately 3,000 more mid-workout dance breaks.

ONE THOUSAND times showing up. One thousand workouts. One thousand choices to walk through those doors and put in the work.

Raymond has been such a consistent part of the True Form community, and getting to celebrate this HUGE milestone with him was pretty special.

If you’ve taken a class with Raymond, you already know that he shows up, puts in the work (and serves up the piping hot tea), and keeps coming back. And apparently he’s done that 1,000 TIMES.

Help us give Raymond a HUGE congratulations on an incredible accomplishment!

We’re kicking off October with a little friendly competition — and giving you one more reason to get up and MOVE!

All month long, we’re challenging our True Form community to see who can rack up the most steps. Walk the dog, hit the treadmill, take the long way around the grocery store, go for a run… however you get them, every step counts!

Throw $10 into the pot, track your steps throughout October, and battle it out for a spot in our TOP 3. The more people who join, the bigger the pot gets!

HOW IT WORKS:

💰 $10 to enter

🏆 The final pot will be split between our TOP 3:
🥇 1st Place — 60%
🥈 2nd Place — 30%
🥉 3rd Place — 10%

•Track your steps using a wearable or phone app
•Submit a screenshot of your steps every Friday
•Each submission covers the previous Friday–Thursday
•Steps are cumulative for the entire month
•Updated leaderboard announced every Sunday!

📅 Challenge runs October 1–31

Final steps for October 30–31 will be submitted Sunday, November 1.

Steps must be trackable/verified — no manually entered steps!

Walk. Run. Hike. Pace around your house at 11:57 PM because you refuse to lose. It all counts.

Who’s ready to step it up?

Functional fitness isn’t about being good at the gym. It’s about being stronger for life.

Squatting. Carrying. Pushing. Pulling. Rotating. Moving side to side. Getting up and down. Reacting quickly and staying balanced. These are the movements life asks of us every single day, and they’re exactly what we train at True Form.

Because strength is great. Cardio is great. But being able to use that strength when it matters is the goal. We want you building a body that can handle the unexpected, keep doing the things you love, and stay capable as you get older.

Train for more than a workout. Train for LIFE. ⚡️

See you in class!

A huge congratulations to Farheen Hussain on reaching an incredible milestone—400 classes at True Form Gym!

Four hundred classes represent so much more than a number. They represent consistency on the days motivation was nowhere to be found, choosing progress over perfection, and showing up again and again.

Farheen, thank you for being such an important and fabulous 💅 part of our community. You make the classes so much fun, and we’re so proud to celebrate this achievement with you. Here’s to the next 400!

Help us congratulate Farheen in the comments!
