One thing we’ve learned from spending a lot of time inside these four walls… everyone walks through the door carrying something.

Some days it’s:

“Today was hard.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“I don’t feel like myself lately.”
“I’m struggling to get back into a routine.”
“I almost didn’t come today.”

We all have those days.

And sometimes, showing up to the gym has very little to do with the workout itself.

For a lot of our members, this place is an hour to step away from everything else going on. To move. To sweat. To laugh. To clear your head. And to be around a community of people who are probably carrying some of their own “stuff” too.

You don’t have to walk through our doors feeling 100%.

Come tired. Come stressed. Come after a hard day. Come when you’re feeling great, too.

Just come as you are.

Because one thing we see over and over again… no matter what kind of day someone was having when they walked in, they almost always walk back out feeling a little better… or at the very least, with a smile on their face. ❤️

The workout matters. But sometimes, what you get out of that hour has nothing to do with the workout at all.

That’s the community part of Artillery. 💣

The kids are back in school. Schedules are getting back to normal.

Now might be a pretty good time to put YOU back on the calendar, too.

You don’t need to figure out the workouts. You don’t need to spend two hours at the gym. And you definitely don’t need to already be “in shape.”

Just show up… we’ll coach you through the rest.

A little friendly competition is healthy.

Not because you have to beat the person next to you… but because sometimes, the person next to you is exactly what pushes you to give a little more.

One more rep.
A little more weight.
A little faster pace.
Or simply finishing something you weren’t sure you could.

That’s one of the best parts of group fitness.

You can be doing the workout RX, scaled, modified, or walking into the gym for the very first time. YOUR best looks different from everyone else’s.

You’re competing with yourself, feeding off the energy in the room, and surrounded by people who want to see you do well.

The competition isn’t about the leaderboard. It’s about pushing yourself, getting 1% better each day, one class at a time.

Shoutout to these five Artillery ladies who took that hard work to the competition floor at Girls of Summer a few weeks back! 💪
