Good morning everybody! Life update!! I have decided to start taking jujutsu classes!! That being said, there will be a few days a week I will need to leave the gym early to get to class. If you need me, please reach out to me on here and we will set up a time to meet!☺️

It's never easy losing someone. But it's even harder when they are so young. This weekend , we lost a young member far too soon in an accident. Though he was only with us for a short time, he left an impression that will not be forgotten. He was more than just a member here—he was part of our community. A young life full of potential, taken far too soon.

Our hearts are with his family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved him during this incredibly difficult time.

He will be deeply missed, and always remembered by all of us here.

Rest easy, young man. 🖤

Two half marathons in two weeks !! I did the blue ridge half at the end of April and today I ran a half in Durham!! 💜🏃🏻‍♀️💜

Yesterday marks three years since I took the leap and become the owner of APG!! I celebrated by giving some equipment a new lease on life and tackling another repair project. Today I moved the treadmills out and gave the area under them a deep cleaning. I'm always striving to create a clean and comfortable environment for my members to reach their full potential 💜

Hello everyone, I am providing a live update. I am still available, but I am currently attending to various personal matters. My husband recently underwent surgery, and we have taken this opportunity to initiate the long-planned home renovations. Due to his work schedule, it was previously challenging to undertake these renovations, as we had to maintain a quiet environment for him to rest. However, we can now proceed with the renovations without these constraints. I am responsible for making decisions regarding the renovation process. Hopefully, the project will be completed this week. If anyone requires my assistance, please feel free to contact me via messenger, and I will schedule a meeting at your convenience. Thank you all for your understanding 💜
