Episode 245
Welcome to Episode 245, this week we are joined by Ryan Vezina of Recycled Percussion. Ryan went viral last fall for participating in a New Hampshire hiking challenge where with no experience, he attempted to hike all 48 of New Hampshire's 4000 Footers in 7 days. He ultimately missed the 7 day mark but was successful in completing the challenge in 11 days total. Ryan gained a lot of attention and some controversy during the attempt and we covered the event on a dedicated episode back in October of last year. We’ve been in touch with him on and off and schedules have finally aligned to allow us to sit down with him to get his perspective. We will also learn about his background in other endurance activities and he will share more about his music and media activities
