Tonight was a special night for me! First race of the 2018 season and we went out and won our first SCoNE event!! Won qualifier and the feature! I couldn’t be more happy with how far the team and I have come. Can’t wait to see what the future brings! Thank you to my sponsors and crew for all everyone does to get the 07 machine to the front continuously! Couldn’t do it without each and every one of you that supports me in my racing career!! Onto the next one!!

All cleaned up after a great night of racing at legion! Due to rain it was a feature only night and we managed a 2nd place finish! That makes 2 trophies in 2 races! Can't thank my sponsors enough for all they do! Our last race is at Bear Ridge speedway on the 23rd!

Sorry I haven't been posting much about this season thus far folks.. it's been the busiest season I have competed in so far and haven't had much time to give my thoughts. So for an update, most of the season has gone very well for the 07 team and we have had multiple top 5 and top 10 finishes which has put us in 5th place in points as of before last night. Last night happened to be our best race of our 2017 season so far and we happened to place 1st in the heat race and 2nd in the feature while racing with unbelievable talent in the top 5. It was tight racing throughout the whole race with multiple veteran drivers such as Douville Racing and Chris Donnelly. For about 8 laps me and Dan were running wheel to wheel. It was a hell of a race and it was awesome to be running wheel to wheel with the man I have looked up to for as long as I can remember. Finally I kept my position and set my sights on the next position which was 2nd place held by Donnelly at the time. There were multiple cautions where I felt immense pressure with Donnelly next to me and Douville right on my tail. Finally under one of the cautions I got just enough bite to pass the Professor (Donnelly) on the outside. This pass alone was a huge accomplishment for me. I would like to apologize to Chris for when we were coming out of turn two with a lap car in front of me and I checked up so I wouldn't hit him and never saw Chris. This pushed Chris into the wall.. I apologize for that and I hope the car is alright. So all in all we finished 2nd place right behind Clay Dow and right in front of the multi season champions Chris Donnelly and Dan Douville. Now we are all set and ready to head up to bear ridge speedway tonight for the 2nd and final leg of our triple "double" crown. Thank you to everyone that supports me and has always supported me through my racing endeavors. On to the next one!!

I have big goals in racing! 3 of which have happened this year! ✅race a SCoNE 360 ✅race on the same track as Douville Racing ✅podium in the 360 sprinter. hopefully many more to come!

First time in the #07 SCoNE sprint car for Hoyt Racing! These cars are animals and I can't wait to get it on a track with other cars to see how we do!
