🎯💙 Tonight at Twilight, we talked about GOALS with our Competition Team!
Each twirler was first challenged to jump and place a 💚green sticky note “as high as you can.” Then, they were given a 🩷pink one and challenged to beat it.
Every. Single. One. Did. 🎉
The lesson? Sometimes we don’t realize how much more we’re capable of until we have a goal in front of us to reach for.
But what I loved even more was watching teammates cheer each other on with every attempt. Because at Twilight, we’re not just building better twirlers; We’re building teammates who set goals, work hard, encourage one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and keep reaching higher. 💙
We ended practice by writing our goals for the season. Of course there were goals about skills, drops, and winning but there were also goals about staying positive, supporting teammates, and becoming better friends. Those goals matter even more!
🎉Here’s to a season of reaching higher, not compared to the person beside you, but compared to the person you were yesterday. ⭐️
