This my home and hunting place where I also teach the needed NRA Basic Pistol Course needed to obtain your Ohio Conceal Carry Permit. I have over 40 years of handling and shooting a lot of different firearms. I do 1 day classes mostly and private classes for 10 people or more. Fee is $105 total ($100 class & $5 rang

e fee), the class is held at Geneva Rod & Gun Club wich is only 2 miles from my home listed, very soon the class will be at my home after I install a shooting range. All the deer on the property are wild deer and not fenced in any way, free range is all I hunt and all the bucks pictured are free range kills and Ohio bucks from my area.

My ash trees are being killed by the Ash Boring Beetles, I've lost every ash tree on my property from them Ash-holes. Some young trees and lots of older ones, this one was probably around 50 years old and I have another one outback that's twice as old.
Well at least I have firewood for the winter coming, ash burns a long time.

Couple videos from the Red Shed and the Tower, nice group of Does and fawns enjoying the Trophy Rock and a Fat Ass Squirrel sitting on my Reveal Tactacam XB and turning the camera downward 🤣
That camera has been in the same position for over 2 years there and now a fat rodent decides to sit on it.🤣

Ohio Early Goose Season is starting September 5th with a 5 bird limit per person, cleaned up my Flambeau decoys and Tide We blind. Really hoping to get a good freezer full.

Food Plots Update
Tower plot is really doing well now, just a few weeds to spot and kill.

The corn yardage markers are also doing great, gonna save time grabbing the range finder.

Have to fix the bottom electric fence wire now, something (most likely a fawn) broke it. ⚡️🦌
The line insulator is MIA so I need to replace it also.🤔

The other plots by the tree stand are doing good on the west side but terrible on the east side. Definitely need to find a better plot mix for there next season.

Trophy Rock is almost gone there so the deer are coming in a lot, this will be the 3rd Trophy Rock so far this year when I put out a new one tomorrow.
