Since 2019, CrossFit Big Guava has done one thing relentlessly — chase becoming the best version of ourselves for this community.
Friday Night Lights… The Open… those weren’t just workouts. They were first pull-ups. First muscle-ups. PR lifts. Comebacks after hard seasons. Loud cheers. Hug-it-out finishes. Chalk in the air and pride on every face.
We’ve moved walls. We’ve changed spaces. But we never lost what made Guava, Guava — the people.
This year, 26.2 will be the last time we host Friday Night Lights as CrossFit Big Guava.
One last hurrah. One last Open announcement. One more night under the lights.

If you’ve ever high-fived a stranger who became family…
Come home this Friday.
Not just to compete — but to remember.
To laugh. To hug. To tell stories.
