We recommend joining us to unwind and enjoy a soothing, relaxing, and gentle atmosphere with our Sunday Reset Series 🙂‍↕️

😌 The first Sunday of every month we'll be hosting a meditative, restorative, and mindful session of yoga and breathwork.

Limited spots are available, but we will always be a place for you to find your fit, and some inner peace too 💚

In observance of the Labor Day holiday weekend, our facilities will have modified hours.

There will be no Group Fitness during this time (with classes resuming on Tuesday, September 8th).

The Membership Services Office, USF Esports Living Lab, and our Aquatic facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7th.

💚 Our Group Fitness team is bringing a jam-packed schedule all semester long, and there will be tons of opportunities to get moving and enjoy one of our free classes!

‼️ Starting August 23rd, you'll be able to register for upcoming classes (25 hours in advance of the scheduled start time), so be on the lookout for openings!
