We’re hosting a special Olympic Weightlifting class with Rosa Guardiola this Saturday, February 14 at 10:00 AM.
Olympic lifting isn’t just about heavy weight. It’s about precision, timing, coordination, and developing real power. When taught correctly, it’s one of the best ways to improve athleticism, strength, and confidence under the bar.
Whether you’ve never touched a barbell for Olympic lifts or you want to refine your technique, this session will focus on fundamentals, quality movement, and proper coaching.
