📢 Member Update
We would like to address a recent billing issue that may have affected some members.
During the transfer of membership data from our previous billing provider, all member records—including both active and canceled accounts—were included in the export file. As a result, some accounts were incorrectly assessed a $0.01 charge.

Please know that this charge was a system error during the data upload process and was not intentional. We are currently voiding all incorrect one-cent charges, and they will be removed from affected accounts.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Dear Valued Member,

We want to thank you for being part of our gym community. As we move through upcoming changes, we are committed to making the membership migration process as smooth and simple as possible for all members.
Your membership information will be transferred to our new system/ Fitness GM estimated date effective
6/ 20/2026.

You will get an email from Fitness GM to confirm your personal information.
You will also get a separate email where you will have to download an app called Rhombus KEY for the door entry that will allow access.

During this transition, we kindly ask members to:
• Confirm your current contact information
• Review your membership details
• Update payment information if needed
• Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your account.

Our goal is to ensure uninterrupted access and continued support throughout this process.
