Modifying isn’t “taking the easy way out.” It’s training smarter.💪
At Burn, mods are never something to be embarrassed about. Every BODY moves differently, has different strengths, different limitations, different injuries, different seasons of life, and different goals. A modification doesn’t make the workout less effective, it makes the workout more effective for YOUR body. 🫶
A “higher mod” doesn’t automatically mean a better mod for YOU. The best modification is the one that helps you move correctly, safely, and confidently while still challenging your body in the right way.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is choose the movement that allows you to keep showing up, keep improving, and keep getting stronger.🔥
