If you’ve been waiting to see the programming before signing up, now’s the time.

We’ve put together a day that rewards well-rounded fitness, smart strategy, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.

THIS IS WHY EXERCISE MATTERS!

People think getting older automatically means getting weaker, slower, more tired, gaining weight easier, losing mobility, and hurting all the time. I hear this all the time. But it’s in your control.

Some decline is natural.

Athletes will have 6 minutes to battle through:
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Overhead Squats
Bike Calories
Then, in the remaining time:
⚡️ Establish a 1RM Hang Sn**ch.
This one will reward the athletes who can stay composed under fatigue and still attack the bar.
