What's for lunch tomorrow? Roasted veggies! Baby carrots and Rutabaga 45 min in 350 oven. Cauliflower, onion, brussel sprouts and chopped garlic 25 min in 350 oven. Before roasting, toss in olive oil and your favorite seasonings....yum!
