We offer pole dance, pole fitness, aerial silks, aerial fitness, strength and flexibility classes, dance and cardio focused classes, youth aerial classes, online and in-person training, and private lessons. OUR CLASSES:
We offer a variety of classes designed to fit the specific needs of our students, no matter their age, size, abilities, or backgrounds. Our students come for the workout but stay for the fun and welcoming fitness environment. Multiple classes and passes offered to fit your budget, schedule, and interests.
