🎉⛳ **HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RYAN SWEENEY!** 🎂

If you've visited Loggers Trail over the past couple of years, there's a pretty good chance you've crossed paths with this guy!

Our Operations Supervisor, Ryan Sweeney, is one of the friendly faces helping keep things running smoothly around here. Whether he's helping golfers, keeping things organized, or putting out one of the 47 fires that pop up during a typical day at a golf course, Ryan is always ready to jump in!

He's a hard worker, a great guy, and, quite frankly, **one hell of a model American!** 🇺🇸😂

We're lucky to have him on our team, even if we don't tell him that too often. We wouldn't want it going to his head!

Enjoy your day, Ryan! Hopefully somebody else can do a little of the work today! 🍻⛳

🍂⛳ **THE TEE CUP CLASSIC IS BACK — WITH A NEW TWIST!** ⛳🍂

One of our favorite end-of-season traditions is returning to Loggers Trail, and this year we're changing things up!

🏆 **12TH ANNUAL TEE CUP CLASSIC**
📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM Sh***un Start

🌲 **THIS YEAR, WE'RE GOING CROSS-COUNTRY!**

Forget the traditional 18-hole layout! We're mixing and matching tee boxes, fairways, and greens to create **10 unique holes** throughout Loggers Trail.

You might tee off from #1 and play to the #8 green, or find yourself playing a completely different combination!

**Some holes will be short. Some will be long. All will offer a different look at the course!**

And we're not stopping at 10…

🔥 **10 UNIQUE HOLES, PLAYED TWICE — 20 HOLES OF GOLF!**

🚨 **VERY LIMITED FIELD!**

With only 10 starting holes instead of our traditional 18, we have significantly fewer spots available this year!

🏌️ **Register as a foursome!**
⛳ Golf, shared cart, driving range, prizes & one drink included!
💵 **No payment required until event day!**

📩 **WANT IN?** Gather your foursome and message us or email **[email protected]** to reserve your spot!

⛳❤️ REMEMBERING A GOOD FRIEND OF THE TRAIL — JOE BENNETT

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our longtime friend and member, Joe Bennett.

Joe and his wife, Cheryl, have been part of the Sawmill and Loggers Trail family for many years, and both hold a special place in the hearts of our staff.

Joe was simply one of those guys you always enjoyed seeing at the golf course. Whether he was heading out for a round, working on his latest swing, or just stopping to chit-chat, he always made time for a conversation and a few laughs.

And Joe left his mark on Loggers Trail in more ways than one! He recorded a hole-in-one on our 13th hole, and his name will forever be part of our hole-in-one tradition, proudly displayed on our ball washer.

But more than the golf, we'll remember the person. A genuinely good guy, a familiar face, and someone who made our days at the course a little better just by being there.

To Cheryl and the entire Bennett family, please know how much Joe meant to all of us at Sawmill and Loggers Trail. We are thinking of you during this difficult time.

Rest easy, Joe. Thanks for the friendship, the conversations, and all the great memories. You'll be missed around the Trail. ❤️⛳

Joe's Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 24, from 2–6 PM at the Bayport American Legion.

🍁⛳ Fall is a GREAT time to get out to The Trail!

There's something special about this time of year at Loggers Trail. The crisp fall air, beautiful scenery, and incredible colors make for some of the best golf days of the season!

And the best part? You can enjoy all those gorgeous fall colors in the trees around you, not scattered across the fairways and greens in front of you! 🍂🏌️‍♂️

A HUGE thank you to Dave Parker of Parker Golf Photography for so wonderfully capturing the beauty of our golf course this fall. His photography is truly outstanding, and we're always grateful when he shares his talent with us!

📸 If you enjoy golf, beautiful scenery, or simply appreciate what your eyes can see, Dave is an absolute MUST-FOLLOW!

🎉🎂 **HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PEGG!** 🎂🎉

Today, we want to wish a very special Happy Birthday to one of our favorite people here at Loggers Trail — **Pegg Gustafson!**

Pegg is such an important part of our team, and we're incredibly fortunate to have her. Whether she's taking care of our golfers, helping our staff, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she brings a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, and a genuine love for what she does.

One of the things we appreciate most about Pegg is how much she cares about the people around her. She truly enjoys getting to know our customers, working alongside our staff, and making Loggers Trail a place where everyone feels welcome.

Pegg, we appreciate everything you do, the energy you bring, and the difference you make every single day!

**Please join us in wishing Pegg a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!** 🥳⛳💚
