A huge THANK YOU to Jimmy Stoots, family member of Hopewell Fish and Game Association and Life Rank Boy Scout, for all of the hard work and dedication put into his Eagle Scout Project — the NEW designated Scout Camping Area Camp Fire!

The project turned out absolutely amazing and will benefit future scouting events here at Hopewell Fish and Game for many years to come. Jimmy’s leadership, effort, and commitment to the scouting community truly show in the finished project, and we are proud to have been part of it.

We would also like to thank all of the other scouts who volunteered their time and hard work to help make this project possible, along with the generous individuals and supporters who donated funding and materials. Your support and teamwork helped create something special that future generations of scouts will enjoy and appreciate for years to come.

Great job, Jimmy, and congratulations on an outstanding Eagle Scout Project!

CHICKEN BBQ DINNERS: Each fresh Chicken BBQ Dinner includes a pit-roasted 1/2 chicken, baked potato with butter, roll with butter, and apple sauce. A napkin and cutlery is also provided. Eat one for lunch, save one for dinner and get some for your friends. They're delicious!

Hunter Ed registration is OPEN for Saturday August 29th! All registrants for this event must be 11 years of age by the class date. All students MUST preregister online on the PA Game Commission website.

Calling All Archers: We have an awesome 3D course setup for this Sunday, including several new Rinehart Targets with universal scoring rings (All targets on the course this weekend have universal scoring). We'll have free water on the trail and the usual delicious food and drinks for sale in the clubhouse. We have 30 dynamic shots setup, some near, some far, and in-between. Come out and test your skills.

*Non-members: $15.00 / Members: $8.00 / Kids 15 & Under: Free / US Military Veterans: Free / First Responders (Police/Fire/EMS): Free

*Sign-ins for Hopewell public 3D shoots open at 7am and close at 1pm. Our rifle and pistol ranges will be closed 7am-1pm. A 30 target course usually take 2-3 hours to complete for 2-4 person squad. Please plan accordingly. You may shoot past sign-in close if needed but the rifle and pistol ranges will re-open at 1pm so you hear fi****ms thereafter.
