Katie is a dance and fitness instructor who has studied multiple forms of dance for over 2 decades, including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, & Bellydance and is a certified fitness instructor with SharQui - the bellydance workout! The intention of this page is to make myself available to receive questions, offer feedback, post interesting and informational articles, and any other things that I find valuable or relevant!

I will be hosting a second foot workshop on July 2nd at 7pm in the Virtual studio!! How often do you think about your feet during your every day life? Honestly, until they hurt, or the polish is chipping, it's probably not high on your list.

In this workshop we dive deep into finding your foot type and shape and ways to build strength and stability. It is so important to have strong and stable feet so you can avoid injuries, knee pain, hip pain, back pain... join me! We are going to have fun!

Let’s talk about the body part most people completely ignore…

Your feet.

Meanwhile, your feet and ankles are out here doing the heavy lifting every single day - supporting your posture, balance, movement, dancing, workouts… basically your whole life.

And when they’re not strong or aligned properly?
