4U Adult Day Service, LLC 4U Adult Day Service has a location in each Wood and Portage Counties serving the developmentally di It is all about the members!

We are an adult day service working with the developmentally disabled population in Wood and Portage counties. We have two locations now to service more of this population as needed. We love to work with other services to create the best program for the individuals that choose to use our service as a part of their programing.

Yesterday we had an amazing experience at Buske's! 4U Steven Point invited some friends from other day services to join us for a Karaoke Party! Everyone had a blast listening to their friends sing and enjoyed a delicious lunch provided! We can't thank Buske's enough for hosting this event!
