One of my favorite things to view during class is the different variations people choose.

I lead with the pose/exercise name first, allowing those familiar to find their place. Then add suggestions for where to place your arms, hands, feet, etc. But you choose what's best for you.

I've also been trying to apply it personally, reminding myself that I dont need to do it (pose, life, etc.) like everyone else.
